Supporting Physically Challenged Children (2022)
The Olirumvaalvu charity organization, established in 2012 in Thunukkai, Sri Lanka, aims to support physically challenged children. The organization manages an organic farm and provides job opportunities for local physically challenged children, while also supporting the community by running a day care centre for children with disabilities, including autism, enabling their parents to continue working.
The Trust supported the organisation by funding the purchase of a coach modified with wheelchair access, enabling the safe transport of children to and from their homes to the day care centre, where they receive essential welfare support and education.
