Sprinkler Project (2019-20)
Since 2016, we have helped three villages by providing sustainable water facilities, plantation, and livestock for 43 displaced windows and their families from Mayavanoor, Konavil, Kolunthu Pilavu villages of Kilinochi District, who were previously living in IDP camps in Vanni District.
Blossom Trust reviewed the outcomes of earlier projects and the impact of the 2019–20 monsoon disasters, identifying families who required additional support. As part of this initiative, six beneficiaries were provided with sprinkler systems to improve irrigation and strengthen their livelihoods.
