Trustees received a request to support a single woman with children, who were making ends meet by selling a Sri-Lankan food called string hoopers, with their limited kitchen facilities. Our investigation found that they were popular for their dishes and receiving regular requests from a local restaurant fora bulk order. However, due to her lack of kitchen space & equipment they were unable to fulfil these orders.
